 The Glencoe Pod Welcome to the Glencoe Pod where you will find all the cool projects and links for this school year.  We are going to have an awesome year together in learning about new things and exploring many possibilities.  I look forward to being your teacher and all that we will discover together.  Some of the really cool things we will be doing together are: Backyard Bio Both groups will start off the year participating in the Backyard Bio project. https://www.backyardbio.net/ This project celebrates our planets amazing biodiversity by getting students outside in their yards, parks, neighborhoods, and forest preserves to explore and gather data about local plants, animals, birds, insects…  Students will use an app to record their findings and share with students from other schools around the globe.  I have registered our pod as a class (Mr. K Glencoe Pod) and we have been paired with two schools from Toronto and Calgary thus far.  There will be...
